Beekman Investment Partners III LP invests in small middle- market companies located in the US with revenues of $10 - $200 million, strong management team and sustainable cash-flows. The fund focuses on companies operating in the fields of Financial Services, Health Care, Consumer and Business Services. It makes investments in growth capital, debt & equity, small public entity interested in privatization, acquisitions, distressed or special situations with an equity size of $5 - $25 million. It plays an active role in board of directors and acts as a lead investor in control-oriented transactions with values of $10 - $200 million. It makes additional co-investment capital up to an additional $25 million per transaction.
